These terms apply to purchases from wiretight.com, operated by Lakeshore Engineering LLC ("WireTight", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item was listed at the wrong price or is out of stock); if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

Product use

WireTight boards are interface accessories for the Arduino® Opta™ intended for use by people qualified to wire industrial controls. You're responsible for installing them correctly and for the safety of the system you build. Respect the published ratings: relay outputs are for DC loads only, up to 30 V and 5 A per channel.

Our products are not designed or certified for life-support, medical, safety-critical or emergency-stop circuits, and must not be used in them.

Warranty

We warrant that our boards will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. If one isn't, we'll repair, replace or refund it, at our option. This warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, exceeding ratings, modification or improper installation. Except as stated here, and to the extent the law allows, products are provided "as is" without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime or damage to other equipment.

Arduino® and Opta™ are trademarks of Arduino S.r.l. WireTight is not affiliated with or endorsed by Arduino. Molex® and Micro-Fit 3.0™ are trademarks of Molex, LLC.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
