Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

We can't accept returns of boards that have been soldered, modified, or installed and tightened onto a module, unless they're defective (see below).

Defective or wrong items

If a board arrives defective, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 90 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it, and we'll cover return shipping.

How to return

1. Email hello@wiretight.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the items back with tracking. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund it in full.
