Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Need boards shipped abroad? Contact us and we'll quote it.

Processing time

Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on a business day usually ship within 1–3 business days. Larger or volume orders may take longer; we'll email you if there's a delay.

Rates and delivery

Choose a shipping option at checkout:

• USPS Ground Advantage: $6, usually 2–5 business days after it ships
• USPS Priority Mail: $12, usually 1–3 business days after it ships

One shipping charge per order, however many kits are in it. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 7 days of its estimated delivery date, email hello@wiretight.com within 30 days of shipment. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the address; the second shipment may be charged.
